Natural Rubber
Natural rubber is a high molecular weight polymeric substance with viscoelastic properties. Isoprene is a diene and 1, 4 addition leaves a double bond in each of the isoprene unit in the polymer. Because of this, natural rubber shows all the reactions of an unsaturated polymer. It gives addition compounds with halogens, ozone, hydrogen chloride and several other reactants that react with olefins. An interesting reaction of natural rubber is its combination with sulphur. This is known as vulcanisation. This reaction converts the plastic and viscous nature of raw rubber into elastic. Vulcanised rubber will have very high tensile strength and comparatively low elongation. Its hardness and abrasion resistance also will be high when compared to raw rubber. Because of the unique combination of these properties, natural rubber finds application in the manufacture of a variety of products.

Zinc Oxide
Zinc oxide occupies a unique position in rubber processing as it id outstanding in it effectiveness as an activator of accelerators in the vulcanization process. Other prominent rubber applications for zinc oxide include; foam control in lattices, reinforcement in white stock, improved heat conductivity and aging in flexing stock and resistance to sun checking. Zinc Oxide proved the most effective activator to speed up the rate of cure with the new accelerators The unreacted portion of the Zinc Oxide remains available as a basic reserve to neutralize the sulfur-bearing acidic decomposition products formed during vulcanization. Adequate levels of Zinc Oxide contribute markedly to chemical reinforcement, scorch control, and resistance to heat-aging and compression fatigue.
Zinc Oxide similarly retards devulcanization of many types of rubber compounds operating at elevated temperatures.
Zinc Oxide is outstanding among white pigments and extenders for its absorption of ultraviolet rays. Thus, it serves as an effective stabilizer of white and tinted rubber compounds under prolonged exposure to the destructive rays of the sun.

Stearic Acid (Lubristic 995)
Stearic acid is the common name for octadecanoic acid, which is a saturated fatty acid stearic acid for rubber vulcanization accelerator. Rubber Grade stearic acid offered by us is sourced from reputed organizations. These rubber grade stearic acid are used as an activator, dispersing agent, plasticize and lubricant in rubber compound processing. Further, rubber grade stearic acid also finds application for an external lubricant and viscosity depressant in PVC processing.

Brown Factice
Brown Factice widely used in rubber industries for moulding, extrusion, calendaring, lining etc.Brown factice is an excellent processing aid to improve dispersion. This brown color factice can improve dispersion significantly. In addition, brown factice is suitable for various rubber materials. Brown factice is similar to golden factice. The difference is that brown factice is dark brown color. Brown factice is best for dark color applications.

Nitrex factice is an excellent processing aid for light-color and transparent rubber compounds.

Excellent results are found when it is used for manufacturing of printing and other rubberized rollers made out of nitrile.It imparts good surface finish and improves extrusion process, can be used for colored goods.It gives excellent resistance to deformation of uncured hollow tubings as well as other sections.It can be used in colored, extruded and calendared articles.
It is recommended for Textile Cots, Aprons and colored coated fabrics etc.

Reclaim Rubber
Reclaim Rubber is a term usually applied to recycled rubber from automotive and truck scrap tires. During the recycling process steel and fluff is removed leaving tire rubber with a granular consistency. Reclaime rubber has high tensile strength and excellent elasticity, when used as a raw material. Reclaim Rubber is the recycled old Tire rubber, the cross linkage between the sulphur & rubber are breaded at high temperature & pressure with the help of chemicals. This Reclaim Rubber from tires can be used as a substitute of natural & synthetic rubber.

To make the rubber hard, it is treated with sulphur & this process is known as vulcanization. When sulphur react with the natural rubber then it increases the cross linking between the molecules in the rubber. It also forms many sulphide bonds. Due to formation of many new cross linking and many sulphide bonds the natural rubber becomes hard. This vulcanized rubber has better elasticity at low as well as at high temperature. It also neither becomes soft nor brittle.
